This monument is dedicated to the victims of the Charlie Hebdo shooting. The intended site is located just near the Hebdo offices in Paris, France. The interior of the memorial has the names of the victims of both the Hebdo shooting and the Kosher market shooting in Montrough engraved along the wall.
